Program Description
Our Youth Strength & Conditioning Program is designed to help children ages 8-13 build a strong foundation in strength, agility, teamwork, confidence, and communication—all in a fun and supportive environment! Led by a certified professional youth coach, this program focuses on developing physical and mental skills that translate both on and off the field.
Each session includes:
✅ Ice breakers & team-building activities to encourage social connections
✅ Speed & agility drills to improve quickness and coordination
✅ Strength development & body awareness for foundational movement skills
✅ Sport-related games to keep training engaging and interactive
